Turn a TikTok into a token that builds a stock treasury.

Tag your video with a ticker and a payout wallet. It launches a community token, and 40% of everything that token earns is spent buying a stock reserve that stays visible on-chain after the attention moves on.

Why this exists

Views pay once

Creator payouts are a wage: the money arrives, it is spent, and when the video stops trending the income stops with it. Nothing accumulates.

Tokens pay speculators

A community token can compound — but usually for traders, while the creator is left holding a chart that only moves down once attention leaves.

A reserve outlasts the trend

Routing 40% of trading rewards into a stock reserve leaves something behind that does not depend on the video staying popular.

55%

To the creator

Paid to the wallet named in the comment. Rounding always favours the creator.

40%

To the stock reserve

Buys one of 6 permitted stock tokens and holds it.

5%

Service fee

Runs the service. Separate address from both the creator and the reserve.

These are constants compiled into the fee router — not a policy we promise to follow. They cannot be varied per launch, and the reserve can only ever buy from a fixed list of 6 stocks enforced on-chain.

Before you ask

Is the launch token a stock?

No. It is a community token: no ownership, no claim on the reserve, no redemption, and no promise of return. Its price can go to zero.

Can I withdraw the reserve?

No. The reserve accrues to a project treasury address and is reported at cost basis. It is a transparency mechanism, not a payout.

Is this real money?

Not yet. Everything here runs on a public testnet and the stock tokens are mocks, so no real funds move anywhere in this demo.
